At Michael Aram, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handcrafted home collections; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Secure Your Shipment

  Carefully repack your items in their original Michael Aram gift box and protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive undamaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our studio inspects the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
